Administration
If you sign in as an administrator, you also get User Management.
Managing users
- Add users — set a username, email, password, and role (User or Admin).
- Edit a user's username, email, or role.
- Manage access — toggle which features each user can open: Prediction, EEDA, and Knowledge Base. Administrators always have full access.
- Delete users.
Password requirements
Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. The password is confirmed twice when creating an account.
When access changes take effect
When you change a user's access, it applies the next time they sign in (or revisit the app) — their sidebar and pages update to match their new permissions.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to check |

| A menu item is missing | The account may lack access to that feature — enable it in User Management |
| A "403 / Forbidden" page | An admin-only page was opened without admin rights; use the back button |
| File upload rejected | Project files must be under 128 MB, batch test files under 3 MB. Check the type (.dat / .json) |
| "E-mail already in use" when adding a user | That email already belongs to another account — use a different one |
| Can't sign in | Double-check the username and password; if it persists, reset the account |
| A run seems stuck | Watch the live logs on the Run step — you can cancel and start again |
| Model Quality is unavailable | Number of Folds must be 2 or greater for quality charts to be generated |
