Appearance

Switch the interface between light and dark.

Teams

Manage the teams you belong to, and create new ones. See Teams for roles and membership.

API key

Your personal API key appears in Profile settings. It does two jobs:

  • It signs form JSON exports, and verifies them on import — see Export and import
  • It authenticates you to the Skeyeform REST API and the mobile app

To set one up, open Profile settings, find the API Key section, and click Generate API key. Use the eye icon to reveal it and the copy icon to copy it.

Treat it like a password

Store your key somewhere safe and never share it. If you regenerate it, every form JSON file you previously exported becomes invalid — their signatures no longer match — and you'll need to re-export anything you still want to import.

Notifications

The bell icon in the sidebar shows an unread badge and opens your recent notifications; the full list lives on the Notifications page. You can mark one as read or mark all as read.

Skeyeform notifies you about the events that matter to a form owner, including:

  • A form submission arriving
  • An Excel or Spreadsheet import completing
  • A form configuration change or a designer layout being saved
  • A wrong password attempt on a protected form
  • A submission attempted outside the scheduled window
  • An entry being deleted

Who receives each notification depends on the event — some go to owners, admins, and modelers, while others reach the form's full audience including its assigned users.
