What is Skeyeform™?

Skeyeform is the form and data-collection platform of the Skeye data factory. You design forms visually, share them, collect submissions from your team or the public, and manage the resulting data — all scoped to a team.

Build a form in the drag-and-drop designer, choose from six field types, split long forms into steps, then share it as a public link or embed it in your own web page. Submissions land in a data browser you can filter, export, and clean up.

What else it does

• Teams and roles — everything belongs to a team, with granular roles and permissions
• Projects and ER diagrams — group related forms, or model your entities on a canvas and generate forms from them
• Multiple ways to enter data — the public form, a spreadsheet view, or an Excel import
• Sharing controls — modes, passwords, submission windows, and embedding
• A mobile app and a REST API for submitting from the field

The typical workflow

1. Join or create a team and invite the people you work with.
2. Build a form in the designer — or generate a set of forms from an ER diagram.
3. Configure and share it — set the mode, protect it with a password, schedule when it accepts submissions, and publish or embed it.
4. Collect and manage the data — browse submissions, import from Excel, export what you need.
